so nobody in tulsa uses thier service or what do you mean by they didnt get a warm reception??

Didn't sell like they expected. They didn't do as well as they wanted to by a long shot.

sadly, if they're using the Sprint network for extended network, I'm not surprised that they weren't having the best of times . . . Tulsa is a Cingular town, unless you've Mexican. it's sad that they haven't done well, but it will be interesting to see how things go in the future.

I say sadly b/c I had Sprint in Tulsa, and while it works overall, the outlying areas are what most businesses rely on for their coverage; Sprint's network is spotty there, even along their wonderful insterstate coverage.

I sell a competitor, and from what I've heard from people in Tulsa, it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. However, you aren't the only one waiting. There are many.

I sell cingular, but all of my family uses verizon in florida and they all act like its amazing and my cingular phone struggled for service compared to verizon around panama city , specifically in lynn haven florida

You'll get better signal, but what ever you do, don't get any mistakes on your bill, or have any problems that cause you to need Customer Service. You will do just as well, signalwise, with any other CDMA service, including Alltel, and my USCC. And probably pay less and get better personal service.
