Can anyone tell me if Verizon customer care is 24 hours a day or does the customer care centers close at a certain time? T-Mobile and Sprint are 24/7. What is Verizon? Anyone know? Thanks!!

They are not open 24/7. Unlike the old slogan: "We never stop working for you" Probably that's why it was changed. It was very ironic to call customer service at midnght and hear: "Sorry, but our hours of operation are A to B. Thank you for choosing Verizon Wireless, we never stop working for you!" 🤨
