Hm? Simpsons vs. Family Guy?

thats a tough one. family is funnier, but the simpsons is classic.

When I brought this up in the Lounge, I got very different responses. In my opinion, Family Guy is crude dumb humor which is funny, but Simpsons are smarter, more subtle things, which is a different kind of funny. Also a difference is with FG the entire episode can be a satire while in the Simpsons, little things are like that, such as signs at events the Simpsons family goes to and stuff.

I like the Simpsons better, but I love Family Guy too. Also, on a side note, Family Guy gets annoying after you watch about 3 episodes in a row. Ever seen a Famly Guy marathon? Nope. 😉 🙂

I have created my own with DVR, wasn't annoyed. I love Family guy, i personally feel the simpsons have lost their way the past few seasons and I laugh far less. This week was pretty good but that is not the norm. Sometimes I think they are not even trying anymore or just running out of ideas. I laugh far more with family guy. Maybe It is because the Simpsons were really on the edge when they first came out but now are mild in comparison to stuff on tv, while Family guy seems to push the edge a little further.....


Personally I would love to see Futurama come back, i still watch those on adult swim at night.
