I'm within my 30 days and I currently have the lg 9900. I've been looking at the black Q though. I would like to be able to access my emails in real time. I was told that the wireless sync with the 9900 isn't real time. How far would I be down grading if I went with the Q? Would I be down grading at all?

The Q, since it has windows' OS, will be able to do what you need it to do. If anything, you'll be upgrading. The only thing is that PDA/Smartphones don't have Vcast.

I never use the vcast service anyway. I primarily use my device for voice, txt and email services. I just want the best device for all 3.

I would recommand reading up on the Q and see what people think of it. A blackberry might be better for you and it has less problems since it is not a windows based. Like the Q and the Treo's.

I personally use the 700w. The 6700 and PN-820 are good too.

download wireless sync and try it out. You shouldget your emails plenty fast, the only thing you miss out on on the 9900 or any phone with this service is attachments. You ar enot going to be able to open, like word attachements, you willl only get text in body of email. If youo are good with that then keep the 9900 and get wireless sync for $19.99. If you jump to a pda you will be looking at 40+ for your data services

real time...push vs. pull email.

The Q can pull as often as every 15 minutes, the Blackberry product push email almost instantly.
