For calling plans that are applicable, how do you set up new service with a first time cellphone for both of us one here in easternMassachusetts so that I pay both monthly billings with the other in westernNewYorkstate ?... telephone area codes for 617 and for 716 respectively.

The most basic type of cellphones please only for talking,
one phone sent to me the other phone sent to my brother,
no cellphone special features, no calling plan special services,
no cellphone extra features, no calling plan extra services.

Can't mix area codes from different markets.

I don't know of any company that will let you do that. You'll probably need to do two different plans. They can bill to the same place, but that's probably the best anyone can do.

You can have one bill.

Sharing minutes is the key issue. If you want to share minutes (to save $$) then you would have to be within the same billing system.

Out here in the west. I can have a Wyoming area code and share minutes with a California number because we are within the same billing system.

You would need to go to a local store to find out for sure..
