.... can someone (vzw employee or other) help me? I have seen conflicting information on the 4600 ... is the vzw version trimode (amps 800) or no? third party website like letstalk.com lists it as tri mode ... but i cant find concrete verification of it... this website says it is tri mode in some versions of the phone.

It is NOT trimode. It's basically the same as the 6000 without the camera.
...
might it be possible that some 3rd party suppliers have the trimode version?
