Why don't I see the new phones Verizon has in the Company Store?
As I read the forums on the new phone introductions such as the LG VX-8700 and the Motorola MOTORAZR maxx ve, I try to see them at Verizon's Brookfield Wisconsin Store and neither are in the store or displayed? Store personal either don't know anything about the introduction or are vague with a date of arrival? Yet these phones are the rave and there is plenty of activity and ratings

did you try more then one store? some stores in my area have all the phones on display, while other don't.

My local Circuit City had the Razr Maxx but not the 8700 yet. The guy I spoke to was anxious to see the 8700 and thought it would be there soon. They also had the 9400 which looked pretty cool. I'm torn between the Razr Maxx and the 8700 for my next phone (NE2 is up in May), I'll have to see how the 8700 feels. The VZW UI didn't seem THAT bad (this was my first chance to see/feel the UI).

the razr maxx is in stores already but the lg8700 goes on sale in store may 1st. we always launch phones online first before instore thats why some people have it now

isnt lg 8700 in stores already. its been in my local stores since about tuesday of last week. canton, akron,ohio stores.

It's original launch date was May 1st. It was changed to April 27th. All stores will have them by May 1st.
