Has anyone called 611 yet and listend to their new robot sounding automated crap. I was so used to calling 611 pressing zero zero and instantly talking to customer care, not anymore. They have a new automated service that's just as annoying as any automated service where you have to repeat yourself! Granted ofcourse once i talked to a human all was well, but still ๐Ÿ‘ฟ ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

i dunno it really was bad tho Chris, I had a question about GIN, and I said to the automated robot "get it now" and after the thrid time it recognized it and then went on about a paragraph all the things I could do with GIN, then it was still difficult to get to a human.

I think this must be market based... I'm in the southeast and we have the same old system. Verizon uses the robot you talk to for their DSL tech support, and to be honest, I find the robot to be more helpful (and possibly smarter) than their DSL techs, but that's a story for another day. ๐Ÿคฃ
