cell phone problems in brooklyn ny

i have Verizon for 10 months .During the first 8 months ,the service was great . Now, I am getting dropped calls ,cannot dial out , and other problems .Verizon replaced my phone from samsung 530I to the lg vx4500 .I still have problems . Are they doing something to the cell towers ?Upgrading ? A few of my friends have the same problem :dropped calls .

Your best bet is to call into customer service. they usually have a listing in their info center that will let all the reps know if there is maintenance going on at towers.. Such as call delays, dropped calls, etc.
