Is Verizon (or any carrier in the the USA) going to be coming out with a useable digital camera on one of their phones that connects directly to the computer through USB. Im talking only around 2 megapixels with a good flash.

Doubtful... they make money on sending pics through their service... and the v710 can do it with a transflash card, but there are rumors that they're going to disable/DRM the transflash system at some point... Oh well.
