OK, i am ready to claim my new every two and i am thinking of getting the vx 9400 TV phone. the problem is..i'm not loving the 1.3 camera.

i am convinced that as soon as i buy it i will hear of a new set of vcast TV phones with way better features.

question is do you think the current set of TV phones are here to stay for awhile or that verizon could be rolling more out within the next 2 months?

The samsung and Lg models will be the only fons until around september... thats when the agreement with vz ends and every other carrier might have tv service...

I would get the phone now, even with the camera being 1.3...its still excellent... go to a store.. upgrade.. try it out... if you dont like it...just return it (wfg)

I have the TV phone and i'm loving it!

I totally agree with you, I have the 9400 and I LOVE IT. Even at 1.3 mp I think the picture looks awesome both on the phone and off of it. I think the best part is the screen. Even if you don't have tv in the area (Buffalo) it is still a very nice phone. I would suggest it to anypne willing to pay for it.

I at least have another year to wait before I jump on the V-Cast TV service. It's available in my area, but doesn't cover the entire county due to Verizon putting most of their EVDO on 800 band towers, and not putting up separate PCS towers. So PCS is spotty. Another factor that's keeping this part of V-Cast from being roled out throughout Chicagoland & NW Indiana is because the far n...
