Unlimited Rumors and feedback?!
Ok heard that VZW is going to unvail an add on unlimited text...somethign that combines it with VCAST...anyone else heard of this??
Also anyone in the know know how the new packages are doing? I would think not so good but......that is just a guess of course...

as for the add-on package i have not heard of that. but for the new packages our location is not selling it as much as our account manager would like. we have done more priceplan changes to the select plans then new customers going with them. but our account manager expects every person who adds a newline of service to go with a select plan.

yea that makes sense...it is hard, especially for current customers grandfathered to make the switch....was hoping the rumor was true...ugh lol

Our area is mostly covered by Verizon, so many of my customers get by perfectly fine with the $10 text package and see no point in paying $20 more for unlimited. It's easier to sell on the family share plans with lots of texting teenagers than on single lines because of that. I haven't heard anything about an add-on package either.
