Here's a nice little 3rd party observation:



Verizon Wireless received an "A" for Customer Satisfaction in a Vocal Laboratories report which measured the quality of customer care for July-September. They improved from a "B" ranking in the previous quarter. The study also found that 83 percent of Verizon Wireless customers got the information they wanted on the first call - a "B" ranking in their "call completion" category (what we refer to as first call resolution).



T-Mobile also received an "A" for customer satisfaction and a "B" for Call completion, "barely" topping Verizon Wireless for the best customer service among the five companies, according to VocaLabs. Cingular, AT&T Wireless and Sprint each got straight C's. VocaL...

Really good info VZWman. Good read on a slow day.

VZW has to get back to its roots again. As a company it has to make sure that we once again re-focus on the absolute best customer service.
