Motorola Q Warranty Swaps???????
I have the Moto Q and it has been shutting off on me. I called Verizon and they were kind enough to swap me out for a refurbed Moto Q. My question is what happens if the refurb acts up? Will Verizon just keep swapping me with Moto Q's or is there a policy that after so many they will switch me to a different model. I have not been confident in the Moto Q series hence why I am askin these questions. I would just like to seek opinions of anyone on this board with answers. Thanx!

usually you have to goes through 3 phones within a 60 day timeframe before they try to get you into something else... but Windows Mobile is Windows Mobile, Expect Crashes. Also the Q is a Multi-tasker with no X to close the operation, be sure to use the Kill App Function to exit something so all your memory isnt used up

there is no replacement for a different model. just a brand new device

Reburbished ones are usually worse. I've had 3 refurbished 700w's, and have been through 3 Q's that I wondered about, as far as whether ot not they're refurbished.

So Chocolateman, you say you have been through 3 a piece. What if this refurb is worse for me? Will they just keep sending me Q's or will they swap me to a different device???

If you've gone through 3 of them, then they must give you a new one, if not trade you to a different make and model.
