If you're looking to get your early termination fee waived because you can't get a direct signal inside of your house but you are living in a coverage area...please don't gas yourself up thinking that it'll be waived.. BLAH BLAH BLA. Signal cannot be guaranted inside of a structure....class action lawsuit, eh? BLAH BLAH BLAH. You think updating your PRL will zap a better signal to your phone huh...BLAH BLAH BLAH....your calling the better business bureau, are you? BLAH BLAH BLAH.......*SIGH*. THANKS FOR CLALING, HAVE A NICE DAY AND GOD LUCK WITH THAT "LAWSUIT".....blah blah you know the rest

First thing is that how can you expect any carrier to magically foresee the materials your home would be built with and then structure their network and technology around that? Second your "prl" does not zap anything. All it does is update where your phone works in EXTENDED network and is now automatically pushed to the phone in certain areas. Finally cellular service is not a utility and does not work everywhere. It is unfortunate but that is why I would never recommend disconnecting your home phone.
