Hi everyone,
I currently have a 25% discount on my monthly access through my employer. But my HR manager said that it also applies to accessories too. Is this true? If so, 1. can the discount also be used to purchase a cell phone (or what else does it apply to), and 2. how do I go about using the discount when I purchase accessories for the phone?

I have an 18% discount and all I get is a Free RAZR. 🙄

Depends on your employer's agreement (which is probably Home Depot).
In most cases you get the following:
Monthly Access Discount (8-25%)
Accessory Discount (25%)
Advanced Data Discount (12% or 20%)
B2B Handset Pricing (this does not change full retail pricing)
Waived Activation Fees
In some cases you might also get:
free accessories when you sign up
$XX towards accessories for free
One-Time credit of $XXX on account.

If I follow correctly, you already have the correct codes on your account to get your discounts. Normally, you have to go through a direct sales rep for your business or through a company extranet to order the accessories at 25% off.
In addition, although each contract is different. most contracts for employee liable accounts (that is when your name is on the account but get a discount based on who you are employed with) you will not be able to bring that discount to phones. You can call customer service and they can look up the corporate profile associated with your company and give you more complete information though.

Thanks for all your replies. Also, temp_name, just being curious, but I've heard a few others talking about Home Depot and 25% discount. Is Home Depot a big account or something for VZW?
Also, I'm planning to upgrade to the enV soon. But I also want to get the 4GB memory card, car charger, and the stereo bluetooth headset. How would you recommend that I purchase it?
Should I purchase everything with the sales rep at the store w/my paystub? Or should I purchase only the accessories through the extranet site? Or should I just purchase everything through the extranet site?
Which method would allow me to make the most out of the discount?
