For the benefit of those that could help you, what goes wrong on your bill? Minutes overage? Data/text usage cost etc? The reason I ask, is that either you might have the wrong voice plan, need a data feature added or you might be missing something on your account that should be on it to stop billing issues and knowing what charges are making the bill large would be useful to reps here to diagnose.
