that CainMarko is nothing more than a fan-boy with unsubstantiated claims that he can't back up. He calls VZW's claims bogus but the Supreme Court has upheld our right to claim to be the best, and to advertise it. Cain is an over-zealous kid with too much time on his/her hands. He does not provide any credible information and contantly gets pigeon-holed with his seemingly thoughtless comments and lies. When confronted about his discrepencies in his posts between his reality, and actual reality.

Is that true about the Supreme Court only allowing us to advertise the best network? interesting.

not just us, but we were sued by someone claiming false advertising and we met the burden of proof showing WE indeed had the best network, noone else advertises it "because there can only be one!"

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't let another carrier also say that but say they are the best national gsm carrier or something of that sort. Who knows... they could make Verizon start saying we have the best national CDMA network.
