you can go to www.vtext.com and follow the steps. all you have to do is enter the mobile number of the person you are recieving the texts from.
oh and don't reply to questions if you don't know the answers

You can not block cell #'s, the first person was correct. You can only block domain or web based email addresses and vtext.com created handles using vtext.com. So you didn't quite get the answer right either. Why so harsh to first responder??
