ok, if there is really an iphone killer don't you think they would be releasing some info on it any day now...It is not going to do much good if we get no news until after the iphone launches, just seems to make since they leak some more info on whatever device they were going to position against it? I for one could care less about iphone but if they are going to launch the prada variant or something they should probably speak up before the 29th

well I cant share the doc I got from verizon more info on iPhone but reading on up it isnt that great has a lot of flaws that a simple verizon phone can out do the iPhone in some ways 😲

yeah i have received the same docs as well and I agree the iphone is not all that, but i was hoping verizon would have a touch screen competitor like the prada they would sneak in right before iphone launch but we are getting close.

I agree about the buyers remorse. Who knows maybe Verizon will throw something out last minute but it wont have the advertisement time like the iPhone did

I wouldn't say a simple Verizon phone can outdo it, but I know my i730 kills that POS in every way imaginable. Heck, let's talk about reception. I was surfing the Internet and making phone calls at this place where my relative's Motorola Q wouldn't even pick up a signal. Period. And my father's RAZR kept losing the connection when he made calls.

Part of it may be from that Qualcomm ban. Honestly, the iPhone isn't going to make much of a difference on launch day. I don't think the average consumer is going to pay an ETF to get out of a current contract to switch to AT&T just for an iPhone. I'm sure Verizon has that same attitude. If they get a good competitor to the iPhone released by the end of the year, it will still be sufficient.
