Opinions on a new phone

I have been a Motorola fan for quite a while. I loved my v710 and still use my e815. Now my 815 is beginning to crap out so I am looking for a new phone. My phone is used mostly for texting and just calls. Not much else. The mp3 player of course would be nice to keep but not really a requirement. The thing I liked the most from the 710 and 815 was the signal strength. I was able to use my phones where most other Verizon phones wouldn't work.

I also liked the ability for the phone to learn the words when texting.

What are your suggestions in preferably the $100 area but no more than $150?

I would also like anyones opinion on the KRZR.

I do not like the KRZR or the RAZR, but they may be the best transition for you. The texting will be the same, and they have the mp3 players in them.

Honestly, I would recommend a Motorola V325i over any Motorola phone because of it will last longer than the others. You would take a step down in camera quality and lose the mp3 player, but you would gain analog reception and retain the strong digital reception. You would still have the same texting technology as well.

Oh ya another thing I should mention is I want a phone that doesn't have the slower processor. I know several of the Motorola phones have a slower processor and the phone will lag during texts, web, etc. I also have a Cingular phone that does that and I hate it.
