Front all costs to set up my own store in that area but he becomes majority owner...51 percent to my 49 percent in the company. But anyway, I say get your own store..screw working for the man and following policy and being micro managed..If i had the opportunity you are talking about i would take the store so you are free to run it how YOU want.

plus i am betting profits will be better that way and since you are on profit share you don't have to worry as much about quotas and crap like that
Why do what your proposing? Which is essentially own your own store but pay somebody else 50% of the profits?
I just don't know what for income I will have until I get this store up and running. I don't have anything to fall back on.

LOL... funny you should mention that. I knew this girl once (Platypus' mom... j/k) who had a 'very high sex drive' shall we say. She was a college student, but very seriously considered going into prostitution. She had mentioned this to me a few times, and finally I said:
