For anyone interested CBS2 Chicago did a test for chicago, (very mediocor method if I might add), and had a report on it.

I'm just shocked that AT&TW wasn't dead last. Whoa. 😳

make sure you read the response letters from each carrier. even verizon said this wasnt an accurate study.

This is purely anecdotal. There was no scientific procedure involved. Just some monkeys and a couple of phones. None of the carriers should be terribly proud or discouraged by these findings. They are not worth the web space they take up.

Nothing to debunk here. I just want to know what kind of phones they used. I do think that it's funny that US cellular (a relative NOBODY) beat out the number ONE and number TWO companies. I also noticed the same "study" said that Cingular had better audio quality than VZW. I think it's pretty funny that VZW's response was "Our Churn Rate is Low", and Cingular's was "We Just Bought ATT", and Sprint's was "You're wrong man, we have a RETURN POLICY". 🤣 Pretty much ducking the faults of all of them... Kudos to them for getting a good rating in Chicago. I don't think anyone is worried about being overthrown by US Cellular, however.
