Well, I dont work for VZW Customer Service in Hanover MD any more!!!
I could not stand it. Best of luck to those of you who are considering a career with VZW. They are one awesome company! I just couldnt handle the stress.
Oh yeah, and a new screen name (old one was WirelessZoneJerry)...

HAHA. Yeah.
I had 30ish people in my class when we were hired in Aug 06. Now, about 5 or so people are actually there, most left and 2 are on Short Term Disability for mental stress and anxioty (pretty much - they are leaving when possible).
Im going back to Feild Tech for Dell, Apple, Sony, HP... etc.
But Im still hoping to find a nicer career in the Cell industry fter I get more schooling.
