You've Been Able to Upgrade After 20 Months Since 6/1, but VZW Online Still Hasn't Gotten the Memo..
I check my account, and it still has the old 22 month upgrade date, even though its been policy that you can upgrade after 20 months on a 2-yr contract since June 1st.
What da heck? VZW really this slow to update accounts? 😲
If this causes me any probs upgrading at the VZW Store, I'm gonna be pretty ticked. That would be the kind of silliness I'd expect from ATT or Radio Shack or something. ☹️
Hope it isn't that bad.

Thanks for the info, but I'm still really appalled at how slow VZW has been to update this info. Its been almost five weeks already.
Is there that big an incentive for them to not let people know right away that they can upgrade earlier? You gotta wonder, 'cuz other than this, they've been so good at getting my bill correct and generated quickly. But the economic incentive runs the other way in that case.

they are doing a huge system enhancement to correct this issue and hopefully make things easier. when you go into a store for a 20 month upgrade the reps have to use manager over-rides to get you the discounted prices. They wanted to get the policy out there as soon as they could and didn't want to wait for the system upgrade
Okay, that makes sense. Glad they did it earlier rather than later.
Any kind of rough ETA on when said system enhancement might be done?
