iPhone Exclusive Deal w/ATT Appears to be for 2 Years, Not Five

Those silly ATT sources, giving people the impression that their iPhone exclusive is for 5 years, when its really only for two.

And from an investment site (Motley Fool):

...a significant portion will switch to AT&T, as it is the only cellular service permitted to sell the iPhone for two years. Polls have shown that nearly 40% of those planning to buy the iPhone are not yet AT&T customers.

And from FOX News:

Apple has signed up top U.S. telecoms operator AT&T Inc. (T) in an exclusive deal for at least two years to sell the phone in the United States, where customers willing to sign a two-year contract are expected to pay $500 to $600 for a handset.

Hmm... iPhone 2 or 'iPhone Nano' on Verizon, in 2 years? Would be nice. 'Cuz iPhone 1 + ATT isn't quite tempting enough for me. A $600 phone has to have the kinks worked out before I'll buy it, and it needs to be on a very good network.

Yep I just recently tried Sprint and ATT again, no go for this kid- if there is ever a carrier worth jumping ship I'll be the first, but that's just not the case currently 🙂 Just kicking it with my G'zOne!!
