Verizon doesn't make the phones but does cripple them. I do have to agree that people complain too much about phones not working. I've never had a problem in any way with Verizon.

Agreed I've sold for virtually every cellular company in existence and I must say Verizon customers have the LEAST to complain about but still find a way to complain the MOST. I'm currently a verizon customer and have been for the last 3 years and the few minor complaints I did have we resolved either with patience or with the decent customer service that is offered by the company. True they may cripple a lot of the decent phones that are released and or take FOREVER to release the one phone your waiting for but overall the decision is yours to make about what you want to spend your money on, not like you go car or house shopping and drop a down payment on the very first thing the salesman shows you unless you know that's what you want, you ...

who says their phones are poor quality? Their phones are fine...they just need a few new PDA's.
