Help with accessories for the CDM9900
😕 I bought a CDM9900 and had to wait for delivery. I ordered the phone, car charger and flip-case (not the stupid pouch or holster). I was told that they didn't have any cases in stock but would be getting them.
That was two weeks ago, no cases and no idea. Nobody at the VW store has a clue. I went on the VW site the day I bought the phone and saw the case with the Out of stock banner on it. I went back a few days later and the case isn't even on there.
Was the case discontinued? I tried ordering from another place and they were out of stock too. Did "they" stop making the case period? Will the Sprint Toshiba V----- (9950) case work for this phone.

I just looked on the ordering page for agents and it shows the leather case for the 9900 is available.

Great I just called and had to argue with the moron that answered the phone. She said they are not available. I told her that I talked to another VZW rep at another store and was told they are available for order. She wanted to argue with me that they are not.....
After about 2 minutes of arguing I told her to get off her A$$ and check the computer, not that hard. After 3 minutes on hold someone else answered and said that they are available for order.
