Does this make sense??? possible 8550 solution??
I have the vx8550, and I posted a thread about how whenever I went to play videos, the phone froze and shut off.
This happened to me about 9 times in one night, then my phone powered down, came back on again, and said "Registering applications." The only time the phone freezes is when I'm sitting on the couch at my boyfriends house. Anywhere else, it doesn't happen.
Now here's the weird part----
My boyfriend has the Motorola Slvr. His phone tends to freeze, power down, and come back on again when he sits on the same couch. Anywhere else in his house, the phone is fine. It just seems to be that one spot in the house that we both have problems.

so my phone continues to freeze up at all locations.... haha... i thought i was on to something!
I think I'm going to exchange the phone, but get the same one. Maybe mine's just defective or something.
I think I'm going to add insurance too... just in case!
