I got a slvr... I dont like flip phones or sliders, so that was pretty much the only option. Or an enV. Actually I really like this phone! It is pretty nice! I replaced my alltel 6235i with it and its a huge difference! I can actually see the screen!

I don't have much experience with the SLVR, but it's generally a good idea to stay away from Motorolas. Hopefully that's one of their good models.

Good question...well, at the moment, unfortunately no. If I had to get one of verizon's current offerings, I would either go with the 700p or the Blackberry 8703e. There should be atleast 5 new PDA's coming in the next 2-4 months. They all look pretty good and should really improve verizon's overall line up of smartphones. A few of those phones are listed below...let me know if you got any more questions.

Chris

HTC 6800
Palm 755p
Motorola Q9m
Blackberry Pearl
Blackberry Curve

thanks chris. Actually i think the Samsung i730 will be coming out before all of those. And im really interested in that one although the keypad in the front is kinda weird 👀 But to be honest they are keeping all those phones so hush right now. I haven't heard anything from the grapevine at all regarding any of them. So i don't know whats going on. I like the blackberry's but i don't like how you have to have some kind of data plan on the blackberry's. Where as the pda's if you ever decided to you could remove the data plansa nd strictly go pay as you go. So thats a big turn off with the blackberrys. But apprecitate the response. Thanks

yeah the i760 should be pretty sweet...i use a mac tho, so I really need something thats not Windows Mobile.

I'm waiting on the curve of 755p, both of those should be pretty solid options.

These are all based on rumors I've heard, so take these with a grain of salt...

HTC 6800--i heard July, but I think the real date is going to be closer to September.

Palm 755p--July 4th was thrown out there, but that has passed already. My guess would be early August of September

Motorola Q9M--I haven't heard much on this one, but I have seen several screen shots of the phone running the verizon background. your guess is as good as mine on this one

Blackberries--At first everyone was saying Q4 for the curve and pearl, now it seems like the dates...

well I was going to get the one with unlimited messaging but then when i realized that I only know one person who does not have Verizon, I realized that I could survive on 500 texts a month to that person. So I got the 10$ texting one. It would have been pointless to get the total unlimited one because I live in South Dakota and we dont have much for EV-DO or fancy things like that, so I just went basic.
