That's proprietary information. Equipment release dates, new plan/promotion details, new cell site locations, and similar questions can not be answered correctly by any legitimate, honest employee that is wanting to retain their employed status.

Hey I have a question about Asurion. I bought my enV from my indirect agent store. It was a used phone had like 20min on it before I bought it. I then put on asurion and have had it on there for about 3 months. A customer comes in and needs to upgrade from the 700w to the 700p. I buy her 700w and keep the insurance on it + put it on my account. I sell the 700w to another customer about 3 days later. I call in to CS and they have told me that it the insurance is not going to cover either phone because it was previously owned before. I was told this by 3 reps and 1 rep said I was covered. yea i would need to know alittle more about the situation. But starters no the insurance does not automatically switch when you transfer phones. the insurance you purchase is associated when you purchase a NEW device within the 15 day period and to cover it as long as you keep the device. thats why you can add insurance whenever you want. and thats directly asurion's policy and even if we do add insurance for the cust after 15 days or when they switch the phones, asurion wont honor it. so there is no gray area there

You need to demonstrate that you are looking for a career. Also, that you aren't an attendance problem. I work in a call center so I don't know specifics about trying to get on with stores. I have a friend that tried for several months to get on before she finally got hired. Do they make you take any sort of an assessment for a store position?

I dont necessarily know what it takes to be hired on as a sales rep but to start as a customer service rep i would just call 1-800-NEW-HIRE to get info on the position and to possibly talk to a recruiter. then they will ask you to put your resume' on file and submit it on the website so the can pull it up. then they do like two over the phone interviews and i had one face to face interview. then there was a computer assessment on the face to face. pass that and the drug test and or golden 😎 nice sti check every feburary! 😎 great benifits too

I was hired in at sales and I was only 20 at the time with about 1 yr experience. The major thing is persistancy. You really have to show the company that you are agressive and that you want to make yourself money and you want to make VZW money. Keep calling or going into the store that you would like to work for. Make sure you apply online or with the 1800 # first, but go in and introduce yourself to the manager. Plant that seed and stay PERSISTANT. During the interview, make sure you say key words like PROACTIVE, READY FOR ANY KIND OF CHANGE, CONSISTANCY, AGGRESSIVENESS. Beleive me, those are the words that will get you in. Its not an easy job to get but if your qualified, then you will get it. Best of Luck to you. It is an awes...
