finally, a vzw customer
finally jumped the att wireless ship tonite, ended up with the lg 6100, i like it so far. did get the leather bikini cover, but not sure if i like that yet or not, it may go back and i may get the holster style instead.
only thing that bugs me that when in driving mode, when you open the flip, it keeps saying 'say a command' over and over, unless i close the flip (or make it respond to button only)... wish i could just leave it be, and talk at it when i am ready to

The only thing I'd say to watch out for is the 'volume bug' that some ppl have been saying afflicts the 6100... if its happening to you and LG doesn't have an immediate fix, I'd return the 6100 before the 15-day trial and get something else. If its not been an issue for you, then I'd say you've got yourself a pretty nice phone by all accounts.

havent seen the volume bug yet, but havent made too many calls yet... if it is there i should notice it any time i use the phone, right?

My understanding is that it afflicts incoming calls only, and only for the first 2-3 seconds (the incoming call is very low in volume for those 2-3 seconds).
If you haven't noticed it yet, chances are its not happening to you, unless you've gotten zero incoming calls so far.
