as an iPhone killer.... Do you feel so threatened by the iPhone that feel the urge to have something to KILL it? The iPhone has been and will continue to be a success. Especially with the new generations that will come.. Can you even imagine how many more people will get this thing when it comes out with 3G?
Im sorry buddy, but Im sure the Vz executives are probably regreting passing on it....

I bet they aren't...who wants to deal with paying apple every month for subscribers and people who purchase that phone? Apple is getting way to much for a decent phone that is 300 dollars overpriced. There will be phones out there with better specs soon. The reason the Iphone was so successful was two fold: marketing and brand recognition of apple, not ATT.

OK, I see no reason to kill the IPhone, just give it some good competition.

it doesnt matter what phone comes out and how comparable or better it is than the iphone, you will not be able to kill it because there are so many apple loyalists out there....plus by the time someone else puts out the "iphone killer" apple will already have a better iphone in production anyways.

Actually, if I remember correctly, Verizon's response to the iPhone is to ensure customer satisfaction. Sounds like a much better iPhone killer than any device (unless you're a phonescoop geek, in which case you want both the customer satisfaction and an alternative iClone).

😲 Look at the numbers! Maybe Verizon should stick with LG and Motorola, Apple w/AT&T, T-Mo w/Samsung, etc.

What do you think?

Yes, that makes sense. Let Sprint have an exclusive deal with Motorola, correct?
