Well, the ATT fans have to get excited... its pretty much the first time they've ever won a JD Power survey against Verizon EVER, even if it was only customer service, and only by one point. And even though T-Mobile smoked everyone in the survey. 🤣
Verizon still slaughtered ATT in the Call Quality survey JD Power did in March. That wasn't by one point, that was pretty much a wipeout. But you won't hear the ATT guys bring that one up. Or the most recent Consumer Reports survey.
Still, the big news isn't that ATT's CS got rated 'Average', its that Verizon's was. They obviously have some work to do there... usually they're doing better than that in CS.
