Couple questions

Ok I have read through all the jd Powers crap and I can't find where at&t blew Verizon away. I see where they Greatly improved their crappy cusotmer service(kudos for that) but everything I looked at basically says they finally got their crap together and are now as good as Verizon. Nothing really to brag hear anyways because tmobile is kicking both of our asses so not really any bragging points for anyone, again congratulations on the improvement, now you are average like us...

hmmm, just seems a little stupid to me since we can just point out the network quality reporting JD Powers did, which there was no 1 point about that, They just plain sucked, not just compared to us but compared to all the other carriers. and like i said....Why brag about being average, Verizon never pushed jd powers cusotmer servcie, tmobile is slaughtering all of us, Verizon always pushed the network ratings, which haven't changed, and as far as customer care goes as an industry we are argueing about being the best of the worste rated industry in the coutry. All the carriers customer service needs a lot of work, so I just don't get it.

But if everyone is that desperate for the samllest glimmer of light in their favor then have at it, pe...
