Yep, you can now get your upgrade and NE2 four months before the end of the contract on a 2 yr, but the dates have not been updated in MyAccount yet. ☹️

You may use your upgrade 4 months early through a direct store, telesales, or a customer service representative. There are some indirects (who have posted on here) who have indicated that they are upgrading under this policy as well (although it is not listed on the M&P). The Online store is not currently an option although this will be updated eventually.
