Premium plans
What does everyone think....Good deal or rip off.
I think the single line packages are ok but the sahre plans on the premium are a rip.
...
Everything with Verizon is a rip off compared to other carriers.
And even as far as Verizon goes, the Premium plans are a rip off.
...
They are not a rip off for a family if you think about it. Because mom and dad can have premium if they use Navigator while you can put the two kids on the select plan with unlimited text. You can mix and match them.
...
Actually you only need to put the primary line on the Premium plan at minimum.
...
AND the parents get stuck with v cast for the life of their contract!
...
the parents don't have to be the primary line
i don't see why this is a problem
...
HAHA I don't know how many times i get yelled at a month because the parents line is not the one eligible for ne2.
...
Because we make waaayy more comission on activating new lines as primary instead of secondary
...
we get chaged back for that. Some of the people that worked here prior to me pulled that all the time, now these customers that should be up for ne2 are not and they come in screaming at me.
good times
...
That's when you tell them they should always make sure everything is explained to them because reps like the one they had before you were only interested in making the sale and that it's partially the customer's fault for not being involved in the process and just trying to get their phone and get out of the store! Not reading what you sign (even if it's after you sign it) is just asking to get screwed.
The whole, I'm saying this to you for your own good seems to work on even the roughest of customers once they calm down and give you a chance to speak your part.
Oh man I always go after the customers who try to rush the process telling them they're asking for problems later. 😎
...
I always say, "go ahead and read through this and sign here" just to cover myself. They NEVER actually read it all, but at least I can say I told them to.
