bag phone
Anyone else see this thing on internal site??
What is the deal with this, is this just to replace any existing analog bag phones floating around? I also wonder how mauch juice this thing is going to crank out or if it going to be the same specs as current phones instead of the old bag phones?
If it's the M800, Alltel already picked it up. I dug around looking for specs, and it has 0.6 watts of power for analog reception and 0.325 watts of power for digital reception. It's a phone that you can carry around in a bag. Not worth it.
I think Im going to bring my grandmothers eight track and turntable to a verizon store. They might buy it from me. Or even better. They might replace it AND give me cash back!!!
Oh Verizon! Why is it so hard for you to let go the past, and say hello to NOW and the future???

Forget your grandmother's 8-track and turntable... just bring in your grandmother. My grandad will take care of her... AND give you cash back!!! 😁
and yes, it is only for people who have analog and don't want to change, even though its trimode and not powered by a 3 watt booster. I can't, for the life of me, think why someone would buy this.
But it comes with a CLA and a case (read:suitcase), so there goes my ATR
It says it transmits more then 3x the distance then other cdma phones.
