voicemail indicator?
not sure if this is a phone issue or service issue. first voicemail i got with 6100 showed the envelope icon. erase message, icon goes away. next day get 2 vm, delete both, still left with one envelop icon that will not go away, has been there for more than a day... is this a phone issue?

ok nevermind, stupid me. apparently there was a text message saved on my phone that i did not see.... hence a message indicator... but was suprised that the vm adn txt msg use same icon

Ayup my vx4400 does the same thing with voice and text.. same icon. Irritates me sometimes... but I can only blame the manufacturer. My friends sanyo on sprint does the same thing too.

I am not sure about your model, but my old TM510 has an envelope indicator with a VERY SMALL "T" or "V" on the left side of it to differentiate between Text and Voice messages. If you have deleted all your voice messages, look for any unread text messages.

no...first make sure that it is not a text message... if not then call tech support either from cell *611 or 800# 1800-922-0204 it is called a ghost icon.. they will fix u up...
