vzw rep assistance pls!
i have the ppc 6700 and i dont get to use my picture/video mail and i miss it so much. my phone always locks up and keeps turning itself off and i just dont need a phone this techy. i just need a regualr phone back. 😢 i really miss my pic and video mail. i used to have the enV and i want it back now. and i hear they're coming out w a green one. how can i ge tthem to take this phone back and give me the enV? i have had this phone and never dropped it, its battery is amazing, and i've barely talked on it, maybe a total of 6 hours all together and ive had it for 3 months. i only really use it for games and texting. i just dont need this phone. pls help me!

yeah its what i want. my whole family is military and green is my fav color and out of all the phones ive ever had hte enV was a tie for my fav. im a little obsessed w the color green. lol. i love it. ha ha ha but i started this thread hoping someone could help me . . . . but thank you!

No, GSM does not suck, it's because Verizon has a larger network in remote areas. Example, I live in Baltimore. I went to western Maryland for golfing. My Verizon phone worked, AT&T phone didn't.
But for the most part, AT&T and Verizon are pretty much equal.

Three months? Yep, you're stuck with it unless you sell it to offset the cost. You should probably check to see what version s/w you have if it crashes a lot. Might need an update. You should be able to use the unlimited pix/ txt without incurring kb charges. If not, get someone to block the internet feature on your pocket pc. IT CAN BE DONE...

If you're never going to use the internet all you need is National Access Block to cancel any attempts at internet use. Everything else will continue to work, and no it will not charge per kb. They are a moron. There I said it.

Apologies, but the person answering you is wrong. You do have the national access block. That is why you can't use your picture messaging. It runs off the data network. You can turn back on national access and be careful to get your pictures back. They have removed the kilobyte usage for pix/flix on PDAs.

Actually sending and receiving picture messages does normally use your minutes for the data transfer.

just sell the phone on ebay and you should be able to get enough out of it to purchase and env retail price or you can throw down a little extra cash and do it. or if you do enough warranty exchanges (4) then verizon has to offer you a multi fru which is a different device that is equivalent to your current phone. and if you dont like it at least it will be brand new and you will be definitely be able to sell it and get an env
