Insurance question...
I'm going to make an insurance claim to Asurion because the screen on my enV is cracked 😢
I've heard horrible things about Asurion and the quality of their phones...so if i'm not pleased with the refurbished one that they send me (for example, the micro sd cover is flimsy. i've heard that one alot..), what can I do to get a better one? Can I go to a verizon store and have them give me another one? What have been your experiences with Asurion?

I can't speak for Asurion except for the fact that they are in business. If they were as shady as everyone makes them out to be when complaining, it would be hard to assume they'd be in business. Keep in mind complainers are louder and more frequent the praisers. In addition, VZW would stop doing business with a company who was screwing people over. That being said, they are a separate company than VZW and VZW can not replace your Asurion equipment if you are dissatisfied. You would need to speak to Asurion.
