replacement phone question
i jus got my replacement phone from asuion and i want to know, how i get the ringtones i had on my old phone onto this one, i go to vzw tones and it says i already own it so i cant do anything about, i need some help, if anybody knows...

Download the ringtones again, call up CS, and they should credit the account for the ringtones you had to re-download. That works with warranty replacements or insurance replacements, but it doesn't work with upgrades.

Wrong - CS can not credit for insurance.
To answer the correct question, if your phone says that you already own it, then it thinks it is in your memory. Call tech support and they will help you reset everything so that your phone and the network are aware that the ringtones are not in the phone.
