Just got word from a coworker that these two dummies were received in the store today.

She thinks the XV6800 is ugly. 😡

So how long until release usually, after dummy phones are received? Any guesses? I know, I read the thread that has the order of how it goes, but I forgot... 🤭

As little as a week or two, as much as a month.

We currently have 8350 and Z6TV dummies in my store (and have for over a week), with no sign yet of the working models or the launch kit.

In my experience, it's usually the dummy, followed roughly 1 week later by the launch kit (functional model), followed 1 week later by the phones for sale, followed by 4 days to 1 week later for official launch.

No idea on the Z6TV price or quality, but the dummy phone feels a lot less substantial and sturdy than the V9M dummy.

I think that it will beat it but maybe not hands down. I can't wait for the Z6tv to hit the stores. I have been on the edge trying to figure out what of the up and coming phones I want. I think it is between the Z6, i760, 6800, and the Q9m. Waiting on some reviews or posts from real owners to see which way to go.

I posted this on Tuesday. I posted a little review of the two handsets from my impressions in this topic as well:

But yes, the XV6800 is ugly compared to the Sprint version. There's a picture to it in my topic. Due to the look of it, it's definitely the i760 handsdown.

I don't have the prices to the XV6800, but the price on the i760 is as follows:

Full retail - $519.99
1 Year - $449.99
2 Year - $399.99

Expect it to launch within the next couple of weeks, and then followed by the XV6800.
