Verizon XV6800 Release Eminent
After months of speculation, and guessing and hoping and prying the XV6800 for Verizon looks like it might actually hit stores.
I actually held one in my hand last night at Circuit City... The dummy model anyway.
Verizon usually puts those dummy phones in stores a couple weeks before they release it as a tease.
In my opinion, it's long over due. Verizon has been suffering hard core on the cool phone front for waaaay to long, and it's been chafing my long Johns.
If Verizon doesn't disable everything cool in it, the way they always do, all will be forgiven, and geeks everywhere will dance in the streets.
Otherwise, it's a one way train to AT&T town for me. I just couldn't handle that much rejection.

oh yeah? if the 6800 doesnt live up to your expectations check out the i760 before you leave and go to horrible at&t. if at all possible you should avoid having to port out and then back in 🙂
