I called the 800 number. It did take the rep a few minutes to find it, but it worked. The call center was near Pittsburgh. I tried it this morning from the tip from engadgetmobile. Apparently, they stopped shipping them though. I lucked out. I just hope they give me the device credit once I receive my phone.

I did. I returned it a week ago. The battery life for me, well... Sucked. I liked the phone don't get me wrong, and I won't bash anyone who has it, just not for me. I think the last straw was after I cycled the battery, didn't even get a full day of use. About 11am to 8:45pm. Also, my brothers original Q, was faster while surfing the net. Aside from a sweet exterior, it wasn't for me. I hope I get my new one on monday, not tuesday. Either way I still got the jump on the 24th. Let you guys know when I get it.
