I got mine in the other day and messed around with one for a while and didn't see any issues. The functionality seems just like the 8300 with a nicer brighter set of graphics and the same if not more features. No complaints here. Of course I like change... you get tired of looking at a phone on the floor after over a year.

I agree totally, this was a great phone. I have tried and returned several others as they could not compare to the 8300. I am now stuck in a wait and see mode for the ROKR Z6, U900, or one of the hopefully soon to launch VX8800 or VX10000. Hope they all come soon so I don't have to wait too long!!!

My comments were more towards the horrible looks of the 8350 and great overall 8300. I'm not sure how the 8350 works but i would not be caught dead with that ugly a$$ phone
