Anyone out there...
Just wondering if anyone else snuck in an order for the i760 yesterday?
...
No... and neither did you ๐คฃ

Was that a joke? ๐คจ Hilarious... ๐

... Not a joke at all. When your next upgrade comes around... or even if have an overage you want to magically go away... Call customer service... do a little whining.. ask for a supervisor... or act like you want to disconnect... mostly likely you'll get a supervisor who is relatively new to the floor.. (high turn over rate) they are less likely to say no to you just because they dont have all that much experience in saying no.. or in other words.. 'negotiating' with a customer who is difficult or demanding. SOMEONE OUT THERE TRY THIS!! Have an overage, call them and cry and whine.. or get pissy with them...LMAO. They have special extensions for both of these examples... Escalation line and Save Team (also known as loyalty team).

try this. Pay your bill and stop whining and crign and taking advantage of people and companies and trying to get something for nothing. Wow what a novel idea.

Thats the American way ๐

I didn't argue or complain. I asked for the phone, gave them the sku's for the phone and holster. The csr was polite and courteous. My order was processed in a timely manner as well. Hell, me and the rep even talked a little football. I have no idea where you would assume I would go the angry/crybaby customer route. I think you may be a bit envious that I got the order in. The 24th will be here soon enou ๐คฃ gh.

I was talking about the other post were they said call up and whine if you read them all! You did nothign wrong. I can care less what you have gotten cuz one I don't' have verizon (I have softbank) and two not even in the US. I am in Japan. And yes I think you may be envious of all the cool phones I have to choose from over here lol!

My post was directed to proprietary information. Sorry I didn't make that clear. ๐คจ

Also don't forget to mention that by hundreds of people calling in and whining and getting free phones, upgrades, credit for overages (which they themselves caused because they can't control, or watch themselves), this causes Verizon Wireless to lose money. When companies lose money, rates goes up, plans go up, the price of the phones go up. Act like an adult, your the kind of customer's I hate dealing with on the phone, and the kind that I deny credit too every time. Oh btw, are credit policy also just got alot stricter, So you won't be getting that credit so easy anymore.
