Question on the 30 Day Guarantee...
If they did, and you got your phone on, say, the 1st, then you'd have to exchange by the 30th.
The way I always thought they did it, they count FROM the day you got it. In other words, you get the phone on the 1st, you have until the 31st to exchange it.
But I could be wrong. Thoughts?
3. It can still take 2 billing cycles to get all of your credits/refund.

Hmm, that kinda sucks... I bet a lot of customers mistakenly think that it's 30 days from the day they got the phone. âšī¸
In a situation like that where they're one day off, will the store still let an exchange go through? Should the customer call *611 and try to get a note put on their account?

Bingo. I was really worried, but went in Sunday and exchanged my 8300 for an 8350 on the 31st day. đ
The rep was super-nice. He said I could've even been another couple of days late, and he still would've done it.
