I dunno... the 410 just came out, I guess ppl haven't really tried it out yet. I don't even see anything for it on HowardForums, which usually is quick to offer opinions on new phones.

I did try the 410's big brother, the U540, and found it to be a good phone. Unfortunately it has a fatal flaw... severe echo/feedback on the other person's end when you put them on speakerphone. Don't know if the 410 is the same way.

I do think the 410 is a tiny bit pricey for what it is... midrange pricing for a phone that has only a 640x480 camera, and no EVDO?

Personally, in that price range, I'd check out LG 8300 and 8350. The Moto W385 might be another to look at... it's not spec'd any better than the 410, but is a bit cheaper and is getting some...

I currently have the 8350, and like it. The 8300's speakerphone was good, but you'd get buzz and distortion at higher volumes with it.

Not so the 8350... its speakerphone just sounds clean, even when going loud. Plus, you can read ...

Hi Shock,
Yes you have fans 🙂 how long did you have the 8300?? other than the speaker what else do you like about the 8350??
I do like that you can read txt on the outside, that is nice.I wish it was on all phones.

i also like the moto v9m's huge screen.I have also herd ppl complain about the battery life.some say it is really bad and some say the more you charge it the better it gets? The price is not the issue i would like the battery life to be like the 8300,it is unbelievable.

The w385 is like the k1m nothing special that i have herd. The enV is a great phone,i know a few ppl that have it and they love it. I have played with it for a while and it is very nice but i like the flip style.

I love the looks of the LG VX10000 i cant ...

I had the 8300 for the full 30 days of the tryout period. I liked it a lot, but in the end the 8350 was better for me, 'cuz of the form factor and the better speakerphone.

There are things that the 8300 has over the 8350, though... battery life for one. The 8350 is average in that regard (I charge every 2-3 days) but the 8300 was great... only had to charge that phone once every 3-5 days. Definitely perfect if you're lazy 'bout such things. 🙂

Still, the balance sheet for the 8350 is good. Besides the form factor and speakerphone, I also like the fact that the bluetooth is less crippled than on the 8300, the UIs on it look nicer/are more modern, and the keypad is less lumpy/weirdly offset than the 8300. The reception seems good too, bu...
