Anyway to get call details before billing period up? VZN REPS??
Is there anyway to get the call details ( to see what numbers have been called or incoming)that are available on MY ACCOUNT online before the billing cycle ends? After the billing cycle ends how long is it until you can view that months call details online. My billing cycle ends on friday...so when will I be able to view the call details? Thank you.

It's usually like 3 days or so before the bill can be viewed online. As far as I know there isn't a way to get the details sooner.

There is an FCC law preventing reading out of phone numbers over the telephone. You will have to wait until your bill is ready online. The previous person is correct. It will take 3-4 days.

Go to a corp store and ask. At least down in the south area we can view and printout call details before you bill cycle. There's a SMS detail now too. We don't read em but it dates when one is sent/ received.
